近几年在中国汽车市场整体增速放缓的大背景下，汽车行业在市场不稳定的环
境中面临着诸多风险，其中不可忽略的是财务风险。本文针对汽车行业中的比亚迪
股份有限公司为例，通过建立财务风险预警体系对该公司的财务风险进行分析及提
出相应的防范措施。
本文以比亚迪股份有限公司为研究对象，第一，通过介绍研究背景，研究目的
以及意义；第二，介绍财务风险预警及方法相关理论，对选用功效系数法研的优势
进行阐释，为下文提供理论基础。再次，对该公司的经营状况进行介绍，通过对该
公司2014-2018年财务数据作为辅助分析该公司存在的财务风险，以及提出建立财
务预警风险的必要性，从而建立财务预警分析体系。主要采用相关性分析法来筛选
财务预警指标，并且确定指标的权重，再次采用功效系数法对预警临界值和预警线
的确定，最后通过筛选出来的指标进行构建和计算预警程度。对2014-2018年财务
数据进行验证及分析，同时验证了构建系统的有效性，最后结合预警结果对该公司
的风险防范提出防范措施，以有助于企业持续发展。

ABSTRACT
Inrecentyears,withtheoverallgrowthofChinasautomarketslowingdown,theauto
industryfacesmanyrisksintheunstablemarketenvironment,amongwhichfinancialrisks
cannotbeignored.TakingBYDCompanyLimiteintheautomobileindustryasan
example,thispaperanalyzesthefinancialrisksoftheCompanyanproposes
correspondingpreventivemeasuresbyestablishingafinancialriskwarningsystem.
ThispapertakesBYDCompanyLimitedastheresearchobject.Firstly,itintroduces
theresearchbackground,purposeansignificance.Secondly,itintroducesthefinancial
riskwarninganrelevanttheoriesofmethods,anexplainstheadvantagesofusingthe
efficiencycoefficientmethod,soastoprovidethetheoreticalbasisforthefollowing.
