【设计意图】在观看视频后，设计了两个问题：第一个问题是描述观看视频后的个人感受，第二个问题是阐释学生对攀岩类似的极限运动的观点，讨论这类活动是否值得做，并说明原因。通过这两个活动，引发学生对极限运动的思考，加深对主题意义的理解。
