医务社会工作服务困境及对策分析
——以内蒙古R医院为例

近年来，社会工作队伍越来越壮大，医务社会工作作为一种新兴职
业的形式出现，对于促进医患沟通、缓解医患矛盾以及服务病患有着重
要作用。在我国，医务社会工作虽然发展萌芽较早。但是，其发展较为
缓慢，社会群众知晓度、认可度较低。而现如今人们生活水平进一步提
升，人们的精神需求也逐渐增大，因此医务社会工作的服务越来越受到
社会的关注。
本研究以内蒙古R医院为例，运用参与式观察与半结构式访谈的方
法，对该医院进行了实地调研。通过对医务社工部人员进行详细的访谈，
充分了解了医务社工部的基本情况。在此基础上，分析了医务社会工作
的服务困境，并对其改进措施进行了探讨。研究发现，R医院社工部主
要存在的困境包括：难以融入医疗体系、社工领域的艰难探索以及介于
二者之间的尴尬境地。因此，R医院社工部在为医患提供服务时总是存
在“力不从心”的现象。对此，笔者在专业视角下，对于医务社工服务
医患的探索进行分析，从优化主体认知体系、加强专业能力建设以及在
系统中寻求发展空间等方面提出了对策建议。通过不断地改进和提高服
务水平，可以更好地满足患者需求和提高整体医疗服务质量，进而促进
医务社会工作的发展。
笔者认为自身专业知识、实践应用等方面存在的局限性，一定程度
影响了本次医务社会工作服务困境分析的效果。但是，为了解边疆地区
医务社会工作服务现状能够提供参考依据。

ABSTRACT
Inrecentyears,thesocialworkteamhasbeengrowing,andmedical
socialworkhasemergedasanemergingprofession,whichplaysan
importantroleinpromotingdoctor-patientcommunication,alleviating
conflictsbetweendoctorsandpatients,andservingpatients.InChina,
althoughthedevelopmentofmedicalsocialworkisearly,itsdevelopmentis
relativelyslow,andthepublicawarenessandrecognitionislow.Nowadays,
peopleslivingstandardsarefurtherimproved,andpeoplesspiritualneeds
