摘要
垃圾桶在生活中是一件必不可少的物品,尤其在现在这个社会发展迅速的年代,人们的物质生活极为丰富。因此,垃圾的产生量也大幅度的增加,垃圾的增多不仅仅破坏了我们赖以生存的环境,而且严重地威胁到人们的身体健康。本文研究的对象是自动提升翻转可倾倒垃圾桶,它的主体部分为提升翻转机构,它可以实现在小区、巷口等大型环卫车无法进入的地区的垃圾平稳、便捷地回收,减轻环卫工人的劳动强度。
本文主要的研究内容如下:
确定自动提升翻转可倾倒垃圾桶的总体方案,该设备包括底座、液压油缸、翻转架、挂桶支架等部分。
依据理论力学、机械设计和液压传动等知识对自动提升翻转可倾倒垃圾桶的结构进行设计以及校核。
对其主要部件进行设计分析:提升翻转机构的分析、液压系统的设计。
利用软件AutoCAD完成各个部件的二维设计、装配。运用软件CREO3.0对自动提升翻转可倾倒垃圾桶的整体运行进行了动力学仿真,确保垃圾桶在提升的过程中遵循既定的轨迹来运动,而且在整个工作的过程中不会发生部件之间的相互干涉等现象。

Abstract
Garbage?can?is?an?essential?item?in?life,?especially?in?the?era?of?rapid?social?development,peoples?material?life?is?extremely?rich.?Therefore,?the?amount?of?garbage?is?also?greatly?increased.?The?increase?of?garbage?not?only?damages?the?environment?on?which?we?live,?but?alsoseriously?threatens?peoples?health.?The?object?of?this?paper?is?the?automatic?lifting?and?turninggarbage?can,?whose?main?part?is?the?lifting?and?turning?mechanism,?which?can?realize?the?stableand?convenient?recycling?of?garbage?in?the?areas?inaccessible?to?large?sanitation?vehicles,?such?as?residential?areas?and?alleys,?so?as?to?reduce?the?labor?intensity?of?sanitation?workers.
The?main?research?contents?of?this?paper?are?as?follows:
(1)?To?determine?the?overall?scheme?of?the?automatic?lifting?and?turning?garbage?can,?theequipment?includes?the?base,?hydraulic?cylinder,?turning?frame,?hanging?bucket?bracket?and?other?parts.
