+一、旋转蒸发仪的主要部件通过马达的旋转带动盛有样品的蒸发瓶；旋转马达起到样品旋转支撑轴的作用蒸发管1通过蒸发管，真空系统将样品吸出；2通常情况下都是用水加热样品；流体加热锅使用双蛇形冷凝或者其它冷凝剂如干冰、丙酮冷凝样品；冷凝管样品冷却后进入收集瓶;冷凝样品收集瓶用来降低旋转蒸发仪系统的气压；真空系统

1往水浴锅内加入纯水水浴锅内的水浸没旋转瓶的一半，不要溢出

2安装回收瓶

3样液装入旋蒸瓶并安装旋蒸瓶

4水浴温度和设置温度

5调节旋蒸瓶的高度旋蒸瓶内液面与水浴液面平齐
