某型半挂挂车总体设计
摘要
半挂车不仅能满足车辆运输的一般要求，还能更好的适应客货运输服务的要求以及运输服务的多元化、个性化需求，能更有效的发挥汽车运输在整个运输结构中的作用，也能更好地满足特定条件下货物运载的需要。
此次设计的主要内容是集装箱栏板半挂车，是载运集装箱的专用运输半挂车。从设计要求出发，阐述了半挂车行业国内外的发展概况，了解了半挂车的作用和结构特点。以目前市场上已经量产的集装箱栏板半挂车主要参数为参考，对各种结构的半挂车优缺点进行比较，确定此次的半挂车结构为平板式半挂车，同时，对半挂牵引车和半挂挂车的连接处的长度和尺寸进行了确定，对支承装置的位置和支承质量做出设计，并进行车架的强度计算和校核。在半挂车的其他部件的选择和设计方面，对悬架、车轴和制动系统作了型号的选择和相关参数的确定。
最后，对半挂车进行了总布置设计，使用UG建立了对应的三维模型。给出总布置图，并对关键零件车架做必要的分析，完成了相应的工程图纸。
