基于PLC的自动门禁系统设计
摘要：随着社会经济的快速发展以及人民生活水平的不断提高，自动门开始大规模地被应用，其主要应用于商场、餐厅以及公司等人流量较大的公共场所，以满足人们的需求。
自动门的设计首先要根据其所适用的场所来确定本文的自动门的类型，由于本文设计的所以我们可以首先确定本文的自动门的结构为双开式平滑自动门。然后，根据实际使用要求来对自动门的其他设备进行增加或者删除。本文的设计内容主要是关于自动门的机械结构的设计和控制系统的程序设计。
其中的机械机构部分主要为自动门各个标准件的选型和一些参数的确定，以及一些非标件的设计。具体设计过程就是根据使用现场的实际情况来确定自动门的大小，然后根据实际的驱动要求来设计自动门的驱动系统，除此之外，还要对其他的一些必要的附件进行选型和设计，如门夹结构等[1]。
自动门的控制系统是基于PLC编写的程序，而本文还在原有的功能的基础上添加了密码锁功能。为了优化控制系统的设计以及减少输入设备带来的额外成本和更简单的安装形式，本文设计的密码锁功能的程序也是基于PLC的[2]。
本文所设计的产品在实际中拥有非常高的可行性以及较高的运行可靠性。虽然实际生活中拥有种类繁多的自动门，但是本文设计的产品并未与它们完全重叠，所以本设计是对自动门行业的一种补充。
