设计题目：钢带开卷机设计
摘要
在我国经济快速发展的今天，生产用钢带开卷机的发展也得到了前所未有的发展，在近几年的发展中，不同种类的钢带开卷机层出不穷，给人们的生活水平带来了便捷式的发展。在现有的市场上的开卷机的设计上，很多各不相同的设备结构形式都不一样，有些以前的设备使用的是手动的方式实现开卷的过程，这样的设备在现在的发展上，已经达不到提高工作效率的要求。使得进行开卷和钢带折弯等工作形势下，工作的效率是比较低的、而且在操作上存在的困难，使得钢带开卷机的销售和使用在经济上具有划算的作用，还在工作上航更好的节省时间。本次设计的自动的钢带开卷机，适用于在钢板的生产和制作上，因此在本次的设计中，主要针对的是钣金制作上的钢带开卷机的结构的设计，完成本次课题相关的设计内容。

WiththerapiddevelopmentofChinaseconomy,thedevelopmentofsteelstripuncoilerforproductionhasalsobeenunprecedented.Inrecentyears,differentkindsofsteelstripuncoileremergeinendlessly,whichbringsconvenientdevelopmenttopeopleslivingstandard.Inthedesignoftheuncoilerintheexistingmarket,manydifferentequipmentstructuresaredifferent.Someofthepreviousequipmentusedthemanualwaytorealizetheuncoilerprocess.Suchequipmenthasnotreachedtherequirementsofimprovingworkefficiencyinthecurrentdevelopment.Undertheworkingsituationofuncoilingandsteelbeltbending,theworkingefficiencyisrelativelylow,andtherearedifficultiesinoperation,whichmakesthesalesanduseofsteelbeltuncoilerhaveacost-effectiveroleineconomy,andbettersavetimeinwork.Thedesignoftheautomaticsteelstripuncoilerissuitablefortheproductionandproductionofsteelplates.Therefore,inthisdesign,themainpurposeistodesignthestructureofthesteelstripuncoileronthesheetmetalproduction,andcompletetherelevantdesigncontentofthissubject.
