摘要
进入21世纪以来，能源枯竭和环境恶化问题严重制约着全世界各国经济社会的可持续发展。由于太阳能具有清洁、可再生、量大分布广等特点，因此成为世界各国发展新能源与可再生能源的重要内容，太阳能热利用是可再生能源利用的重要途径之一。
在太阳能的热利用中，关键是将太阳的辐射能转化为热能，而实现这种转化的器件是太阳能集热器，太阳能集热器按集热器内是否有真空空间进行分类，可分为平板型太阳能集热器和真空管太阳能集热器两类。在科学技术日益发达的今天，集热器的集热能力也越来越高，随之而来的问题则是如何防止太阳能集热器晒爆的问题，而眼前对于太阳能集热器防晒爆系统的研究则相对要少一些，本文对太阳能热水器机械遮阳装置的自动控制、水位检测、传感器以及机械遮盖进行了设计。
最后，希望太阳能集热器防晒爆系统的设计能够引起更多有识之士的注意，能够在这方面创造出更多更好的设计来。

ABSTRACT
Inthe21century,energyandenvironmentaldegradationdryseriouslyrestricttheworldofsustainableeconomicandsocialdevelopment.Becauseitisaclean,renewablesolarenergyofwidedistributioncharacteristics,thereforebecometheworldnewenergyresourcesandtheimportantcontentoftherenewableenergy,solarthermalutilizationofrenewableenergyuseisoneoftheimportantways.
Inthesolarthermalutilization,thekeyiswillthesunsradiantenergyintoheatenergy,andtorealizethetransformationofthedeviceissolarenergycollector.Solarenergycollectoraccordingtowhetherthereisavacuuminthecollectorspaceclassification,canbedividedintoflattypesolarenergycollectorandvacuumtubesolarenergycollectortwokinds.Inscienceandtechnologyareincreasinglyadvancedtoday,collectorcollectionhotabilitymoreandmoreisalsohigh,asecondquestionishowtopreventbaskinsolarenergycollectorofdry,Andtheeyesofsolarenergycollectorforthedrysunsystemresearchisrelativelyless,onthewebthisaspectcanreferenceresourcerarely,SoforoneofthePLCautomaticcontrol,temperaturedetection,sensorsandthedesignofmechanicalcoveralsocanbetogoontheroadofexplored.
