摘要
现实生活中工程物料通过带式输送机向上运输，带式输送机已经成为最好的运输工具之一，它在矿山、机械、化工等各种地方被人们大量使用，设备的要求会随着工况的不同而发生较大的改变。
本文把背景定位为食品加工业，食品带式输送机正是在这种背景下产生的。在带式输送机不断变化的基础上，食品带式输送机开始发展起来了。在传送物料和牵引工件方面，传统的带式输送机通过胶带、帆带、纤维带和化纤带等作为输送机械这与食品带式输送机十分相似。与其它机械不同的是承担物料的运输机也可以作为动力传递的引导件，这是食品带式输送机械与其它机械最本质的区别。一种小型的输送机械是这次食品带式输送机设计的主要内容，这种机械一般承受载荷的能力要求较低，与其它的带式带式输送机相比价格要低些，在结构方面也要紧凑。
在设计上我们力求整体为突破口，我们对食品带式输送机械的传动部分以及驱动部分做了计算与设计。对于驱动装置，在计算与设计上，我们这次把减速器-电机的装置作为驱动装置；但是在设计传动部分时，这次的构思选择了将驱动装置与同步带轮连接在一起，用这种方式来进行动力的传递。另外装置中的压轮、改向滚筒、以及托辊这些部件的选择设计也在这次设计中有所体现。
