摘要
塑料制品具有原料来源丰富,价格低廉,性能优良等特点。它在电脑、手机、汽车、电机、电器、仪器仪表、家电和通讯产品制造中具有不可替代的作用，应用极其广泛。注射成形是成形热塑件的主要方法，因此应用范围很广。注射成形是把塑料原料放入料筒中经过加热熔化，使之成为高黏度的流体，用柱塞或螺杆作为加压工具，促使原材料（流体）经过喷嘴，在外届较高压力的作用下注入模具的型腔中，然后经过冷却、凝固等一系列过程，最后脱离出模具，成为塑料零件。
本次设计的为带孔内凸方形盖注塑模，为普通的塑料产品，运用模具相关知识，分析塑料产品工艺要求，尺寸精度要求，选取ABS材料，并且对本次模具的塑件分型面选取，型腔分布确定，计算产品的注射量数值，选用满足要求的注塑机，同时对注塑机的压力机锁模力等做出校核，且对成型零件设计，计算其工作尺寸等，并且通过制图软件绘制模具装配图零件图等，最终完成任务要求。

Abstract
Moldisanindispensableequipmentinmodernindustry,whichmakesgreatcontributiontoindustrialdevelopmentandpromoteseconomicdevelopment.Itisalsoakeyfactortomeasurethelevelofmanufacturingtechnologyinacountry.Withtherapiddevelopmentofindustry,theuseofmoldismoreandmoreextensive,anditsstatusisconstantlyimproving.Moldproductsarealsowidelyusedinindustrialequipment,automobileproduction,electricalmanufacturingandotherfields.Theglobalmoldoutputvalueisalsogrowingsteadily.Chinasmoldtechnologyisalsomaturing,andithasbecomeoneoftheworldslargestmoldmanufacturingcountries.Inadditiontomeetingtheneedsofthedomesticmoldmarket,itcanalsoachievemoldexportprocessing,andthedomesticmoldmarketisrelativelyactive.
