摘要
挖掘机，又称挖掘机械（excavatingmachinery)，是用铲斗挖掘高于或低于承载面的物料，并装入运输车辆或卸至堆料场的土方机械。挖掘的物料主要是土壤、煤、泥沙以及经过预松后的土壤和岩石。
在参照和分析履带式挖掘机的基础上，对小型液压挖掘机进行设计。本次设计的主要内容是WY0.36多功能液压挖掘机总体设计。挖掘机的总体设计包括底盘部分、车架、行走装置和回转装置。行车架是整体骨架，用来安装所有的总成和部件。行走装置用来支持机体，把动力装置传到驱动轮上的驱动转矩和旋转运动变为车辆工作与行驶所需的驱动力和速度。悬架是车架和行走装置之间互相传力的连接装置。
本文在详述履带行走装置整体设计的基础上，又对驱动轮、拖链轮、导向轮、支重轮结构进行了设计，对一些关键部分进行了设计校核计算。对各个轮的加工工艺有粗略的描述。

Onthebasisofanalysisandreferencecrawlerexcavatorsonsmall-scalehydraulicexcavatordesign.ThemaincontentofthedesignisversatilehydraulicexcavatorWY0.36overalldesign.Excavatoroveralldesign,includingchassisparts,chassis,runninggearandarotarydevice.Lineframeisanoverallframeworkformountingallassembliesandcomponents.Walkingdeviceusedtosupportthebody,thepowerplantreachedthedrivingtorqueandrotationalmovementofthedrivewheelsbecomesthedrivingforceandthespeedofthevehicleandworkrequiredfortraveling.Thesuspensionisanotherforcetransmissionmeansconnectedbetweentheframeandrunninggear.
Crawlerbasedpaperdetailingtheoveralldesignofthedevice,butalsoonthedrivewheels,dragsprocket,guidewheel,supportingwheelsstructuredesign,someofthekeypartsofthedesigncheckcalculations.Thereisaroughdescriptionoftheprocessforeachwheel.
