摘要
目前,混凝土搅拌机广泛应用于建筑行业。随着国际竞争的加剧,混凝土搅拌技术在国内外发展迅速。为了适应建筑行业的需要,改进产品系列,满足小型施工和实验室工作的需要,所以设计了这种小型混凝土搅拌机。本课题主要研究了立井混凝土搅拌机的工作原理,完成了搅拌机搅拌系统的设计。根据设计要求,确定了小型混凝土搅拌机的搅拌系统,并对搅拌系统的主要组成部分进行了设计计算。
该搅拌机的结构由机架、混合装置和驱动系统组成。机架是设备的支撑部分,由槽钢和钢管焊接而成。搅拌装置由搅拌筒、搅拌轴和搅拌铲组成。搅拌铲固定在搅拌臂上,与主搅拌轴集成。搅拌铲与搅拌桶底的间隙可调节。传动系统元件有电动机、减速器、皮带传动、链传动。搅拌装置的叶片安装在轴套上。叶片随着轴的转动而转动,搅拌缸内的物料,使其均匀混合。搅拌臂向上伸出,以搅拌上述物料。传动系统是由v带传动和链传动来传动运动。电机的输出速度从v带传动转到减速机,减速机通过链传动转到搅拌机主轴上。主轴带动轴套转动,使搅拌叶片转动,完成搅拌工作。

ABSTRACT
Atpresent,concretemixersathomeandabroadhavearapiddevelopment,internationalcompetitivenessisconstantlyimproving.Inordertomeetthemarketdemand,improvetheproductline,adapttotheneedsofsmallconstructionandlaboratorywork,designedthisconcretemixer.Thistopicmainlystudiestheworkingprincipleofvertical-axisconcretemixerandthedesignofthemixermixingsystem.Accordingtothedesignrequirements,themixingsystemoftheconcretemixerisinitiallyformed,andthemaincomponentsofthemixingsystemaredesignedandcalculated.
Thestructureofthisblenderismainlycomposedofframe,mixeranddrivesystem.Therackisthesupportingpartoftheentireequipment,weldedfromslottedsteelandsteel.Themixingdeviceismainlycomposedbythemixingbarrel,themixingshaft,themixingshovel,themixingshovelisfixedonthemixingarm,andisintegratedwiththemixingshaftmaster,themixingshovelandthebottomgapofthemixingbarrelcanbeslightlyadjusted.Thetransmissionsystemiscomposedofelectricmotor,gearbox,belttransmissionandchaintransmission.Thestirringdeviceisablademountedonthebushing,thebladerotateswiththerotationoftheshaft,thematerialinthebarrelisstirred,thematerialismixedevenly,thestirringarmisextendedupward,canplaytheroleofstirringthematerialabove.ThedrivetrainiscarriedbyV-beltandchaindrives.Theoutputspeedofthemotorispassedtothegearboxthroughthe
