摘要
刀盘式结构粉碎机是立式秸秆粉碎机行业中重要的结构形式,其对于树枝粉碎以及农业农作物秸秆的粉碎有着重要的应用和使用优点:性能稳定、震动性小、能耗少,是目前农业机械粉碎设备中常用的设备之一,本文以立式秸秆粉碎机的设计为了研究对象,通过对其功能和结构分析设计一款小型化秸秆、树枝等粉碎作用的刀盘粉碎机,根据相关研究资料分析,完成对主要传动结构的设计,其主要包括相关传动系统、主轴零件以及其他电机、标准件的选型,并采用机械设计手册对所设计的结构进行尺寸计算和力学分析,从而确保所设计结构能够满足设计任务的使用要求,并且具有一定的强度和刚度,最后采用自上而下的设计理念以及计算机辅助设计软件CAD确定结构的布局装配图,并且绘制结构尺寸二维图,通过计算以及校核验证所设计结构的准确性,并整理设计说明书,本文通过理论计算和图形绘制的设计不仅加强对理论的学习,设计的内容更是为刀盘式树枝秸秆粉碎机的发展提供一定的理论依据。

Abstract
