4.1.1PackingProbleminLawPacking,inbusinesspractice,isoneofthemostimportantproblemswhichconfrontmerchantsengagedinforeigntrade.Itisappropriatepackingthatcouldpreventorminimizethedamageoftheshipment.Neitheranexporternoranimporterlikestohavegoodsshippedorreceivedinadamagedcondition.Hence,inthisrespect,suitablepackingisofgreatnecessityandimportance.Inaddition,inlaw,theproblemofpackingisrelevantinthreeotherrespects.
