数字法学实践教学课程建设探究

摘?要：在数字时代背景下，实践教学对于推动互联网、大数据、人工智能等数字技术与法学深度融合、培养数字
时代法学人才具有不可忽视的重要性。基于数字时代新法科的创新发展，本文聚焦数字技术与法学学科的全面深度交叉
融合发展，研究了数字法学实践教学课程的建设问题，并以大数据、人工智能等数字技术为基础，设计了面向法学研究
生的法律人工智能系统实验课程，再结合司法实践案例，详细讲解了数字技术在法律领域的应用。这一探究不仅适应了
新文科背景下创立和发展“新法科”的紧迫需求，还满足了数字时代对应用型、复合型高端法律人才的要求。

Abstract:Inthecontextofthedigitalera,practiceteachingisofnon-negligibleimportanceforpromotingthedeep
integrationofdigitaltechnologiessuchastheInternet,bigdata,artificialintelligenceandotherdigitaltechnologieswithlaw
andcultivatinglegaltalentsinthedigitalera.Basedontheinnovativedevelopmentofthenewlegalscienceinthedigitalera,
thispaperfocusesonthecomprehensiveanddeepcross-fertilizationdevelopmentofdigitaltechnologyandthedisciplineof
law,researchestheconstructionofthedigitallawpracticeteachingcurriculum,anddesignsanexperimentalcourseonlegal
artificialintelligencesystemforlawgraduatestudentsbasedondigitaltechnologiessuchasbigdataandartificialintelligence,
andthenexplainsindetailtheapplicationofdigitaltechnologyinthefieldoflawbycombiningwiththecasesofjudicial
