“岗课赛证”融合的高职院校专业课程教学改革探索与实践

摘要:要充分发挥职业教育人才在经济社会中的优势必须提高专业课程的教学质量。以《单片机应用技术》课程为例,实证探索了高职院校专业课程融入岗、赛、证元素的教学改革。课程采取了以学生为中心的基于职业工作流程的“行动导向型”教学模式,开展线上+线下混合教学,把岗位、竞赛、考证三者的目标、要求、内容、流程、考核等有效融合到课程情境化的学习任务中,构建了“四有五通”的课堂。实践证明,基于“情境化+典型任务”的课程设计、“行动导向型+混合式”的教学模式能把岗、课、赛、证四者进行有机融合、相互促进,激发了学生的学习内驱力,有效提高了课程教学效果和职业教育人才的培养质量。

Abstract:Togivefullplaytotheadvantagesofvocationaleducationtalentsintheeconomicsociety,wemustimprovetheteachingqualityofprofessionalcourses.Takingthecourseof“SingleChipMicrocomputerApplicationTechnology”asanexample,thispaperempiricallyexploresthecurriculumreformofintegratingpost,competitionandcertificationelementsintoprofessionalcoursesinhighervocationalcolleges.Thecourseadoptsastudent-centered“actionoriented”teachingmodebasedonprofessionalworkflow,carriesoutonline+offlinehybridteaching,effectivelyintegratestheobjectives,requirements,contents,processes,assessment,etc.ofpost,competition,andexaminationintothecoursecontext-basedlearningtasks,andconstructsaclassroomof“fourhavesandfivelinks”.Practicehasprovedthatthecurriculumdesignbasedon“situational+typicaltasks”andtheteachingmodeof“actionoriented+mixed”canorganicallyintegrateandpromotethepost,class,competition,andcertificate,stimulatestudentslearningmotivation,andeffectivelyimprovetheteachingeffectofthecurriculumandthetrainingqualityofvocationaleducationtalents.
