1.AdditionalServices:

a.ShouldtheBuyerdesiretohaveABBperformadditionalservicesbeyondthescopeofservicesde-

scribedinthisproposal,achangeorderrequestwillbesubmittedfortheadditionalassociated

costs.NoadditionalservicesshallproceedwithoutwrittenauthorizationfromtheBuyer.Additional

serviceswillbeperformedperourpublishedratesforService,applicableatthetimethatworkedis

performed,includingworkthatextendsthroughtheweekend/holiday.

2.Buyer’sResponsibilities:

a.Buyerwillissueswitchingorders,scheduleoutages,andde-energizetheelectricalapparatus,includ-

ingLock-OutTag-Out(LOTO)ofallsystemsassociatedwithABB’sworkscopeinvolvedinthepro-

ject.LOTOproceduresshallmeetorexceedBuyer’sorABB’srequirements,whicheveraremorestrin-

gent.

b.Priortothestartoftheon-sitework,BuyershallfamiliarizeABBpersonnelwiththeirsafetypractices,

regulationsineffectatjobsite,andanychemicalandphysicalhazards,includingprocesssafetyis-

suesassociatedwiththeworkenvironment.ABBshallbeundernoobligationtocommencework

unlesssafetypracticesareacceptabletoABB.Asasafetyprecaution,priortothecommencement

ofwork,accesstoanearbytelephonewiththeabilitytocalloutsidethefacilitywillbeprovidedby

Buyer,aswellastelephonenumbersforlocalemergencyservices.

c.Buyerwilldisposeofallwastesgeneratedattheworksite.Buyerwillberesponsibleforenvironmen-
