Abstract
Thetraditionalmetrologicalverificationofequipmentmeasuringvehiclesusesuniversal
instrumentsandequipmentconnectedtothetestedequipmentintheequipmentmeasuring
vehicle,usingmanualtestingmethods.Thetraditionalequipmentmeasurementvehiclesusea
widevarietyofmeasuringinstrumentsformetrologicalverification,andthetestingprocessis
cumbersome.Thetimerequiredformetrologicalverificationisalsorelativelylong.Therefore,
itisnecessarytoresearchanddesignaportabledevicethatcanautomaticallyperform
metrologicalverificationonequipmentmeasurementvehicles.
Byanalyzingthemeasurementitemsofthemissilemeasuringvehicle,thepaperdefines
theperformanceindexrequirementsofthestandardequipment,purchasesthestandard
equipmentthatmeetstherequirements,andbuildstheportablemeasurementverificationdevice.
PXIbusandGPIB,USB,LANportareusedtoconnectthetestequipmenttothecontrol
computertorealizethecontrolofthemeasuringequipmentinthemetrologicalverification
device.Atthesametime,Labviewlanguageisusedtocompilethesoftware,controlthe
standarddevice,andtheinteractiveinterfaceisintuitiveandeasytooperate.Itcanrealizethe
functionsofdatadeterminationandautomaticstorageofcertificatedata,whichisconvenient
forlaterqualitymanagement.Finally,repeatabilityandstabilitytestsarecarriedoutforthetest
items,anduncertaintyassessmentiscarriedoutforeachparameter.Theaccuracy,reliability
andstabilityofthemeasurementverificationdeviceofthemissilemeasurementvehicleare
ensuredbycomparingandverifyingthetestdataofthesuperiormeasurementunitandthe
measurementverificationdeviceofthemissilemeasurementvehicle.
