Abstract
Gluedispensingequipmentisoneofthenecessaryequipmentintheproductionofcable
connectors.Withtherapiddevelopmentofscienceandtechnology,thelevelofautomationis
alsorapidlyimproving,andthedemandforautomaticgluedispensingmachineisbecoming
moreandmoreintense.
Thispaperfocusesonthedesignofthehardwareandsoftwareoftheautomatic
dispensingmachinesystem,anddescribesindetailtheworkingprincipleofthesystemsgas
pathandliquidpath,thebasicprincipleofliquidlevelmeasurement,thebasicprincipleof
temperaturemeasurement,theprogrammingofPLC,communication,andtheinterfaceofthe
touchscreen.Thesystemintegratessensortechnology,steppermotorcontroltechnologyand
PLCtechnologyasone,throughthepressuresensorandtemperaturesensortorealizethe
automaticdispensingmachinepressure,temperatureandliquidlevelmonitoring.Theworking
principleandcontrollawofthesteppermotorareanalyzed.Thecontrolprogramisdesigned
andrealizedbyladderdiagram.ThetemperatureiscontrolledbyPIDcontrolalgorithmand
thecontroloperationprogramoftouchscreeniswritten.Theautomaticgluedispensing
machinehasrealizedtemperaturecontrol,liquidleveldetection,theamountofgluecanbe
controlled,andtheautomationofgluedispensinghasbeencompleted.Thesystemcan
effectivelyimprovetheaccuracyofdispensingandproportioning.Throughtheexperiment,
theerroriseffectivelycontrolledwithin3%,whichmeetsthedesigntarget.
