§8-3空气预热器1.Functionofairheaters空气预热器的作用 Airheatersareusedinmoststeamgeneratingplantstoheatthecombustionairandenhancethecombustionprocess.进一步降低排烟温度,提高锅炉效率,节省燃料;排烟温度每降低15oC,锅炉效率提高约1%。改善燃料的着火与燃烧条件,降低不完全燃烧热损失q3、q4,进一步提高锅炉效率。节约金属,降低造价。强化了炉膛内的辐射换热,减少水冷壁的用量。改善引风机的工作条件。(降低排烟温度)

§8-3空气预热器2.Classificationofairheaters空气预热器的分类Recuperativeairheater传热式Inarecuperativeheatexchanger,heatistransferredcontinuouslyanddirectlythroughstationary,solidheattransfersurfaceswhichseparatethehotflowstreamfromcoldflowstream.Themostcommonheattransfersurfacesaretubesandparallelplates.热量连续不断通过传热面由烟气传递给空气,烟气和空气有各自的通路Recuperativeairheatersfunctionwithlittlecross-contamination,orleakage,betweenstreams.传热式空气预热器具有气流间污染小,漏风少的特点。Tubularairheater管式:一般采用立管式,由若干各标准尺寸的立方形管箱、连通风罩及密封装置组成Plateairheater板式

§8-3空气预热器2.Classificationofairheaters空气预热器的分类Regenerativeairheater蓄热式(回转式)Regenerativeairheaterstransferheatindirectlybyconvectionasahotstoragemediumisperiodicallyexposedtohotandcoldflowstreams.Avarietyofmaterialscanbeusedasthemediumandperiodicexposuretohotandcoldflowstreamscanbeaccomplishedbyrotaryorvalveswitchingdevices.Insteamgeneratingplants,tightlypackedbundlesofcorrugatedsteelplates波纹板severasthestoragemedium.烟气和空气交替地通过受热面,烟气通过时,热量由烟气传递给受热面材料,并被蓄积起来,然后空气通过受热面,将蓄积地热量带走,受热面被周期性地加热冷却。Regenerativeairheatersarerelativelycompactandarethemostwidelyusedtypeforcombustionairpreheatinginelectricutilitysteamgeneratingplants.Themostnotableoperatingcharacteristicsisthatasmallbutsignificantamountofairleaksintothegasstreamduetotherotaryoperation.
