Abstract
Withthedevelopmentofaerospacetechnology,controllersarewidelyusedinaerospace
products,andinordertomeettherequirementsofhighstandardsandhighreliabilityof
aerospaceproducts,thedifficultyofproductionandmanufacturinghasgraduallyincreased.
Duetothedifferentcopperpouringareasoftheprintedboardwherethethrough-holeinsertion
componentsarelocated,itisdifficultformanualsolderingandtraditionalwavesolderingto
meettherequirementsof100%solderingrate,soselectivewavesolderingtechnologyisused
forwelding.Selectivewavesolderingisaspecialsolderingtechnology,whichcanadjustthe
processparametersandhasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiency,localheatingandselective
welding.Duetothehighcostofcomponentsusedinaerospaceproducts,itisoftenimpossible
tograsptheappropriateweldingprocessparametersbeforetheformalproductionduetothe
lackoftestcomponents,whichaffectstheproductioncycleandcannotensurethewelding
quality,whichmakestheproductionefficiencylowerandthecostincreases.Inthispaper,the
resistor-capacitanceparts,optocouplercircuits,relaymodules,andpowermodulesonthe
printedboardoftheXXmodelcontrollerforaerospacearetakenastheresearchobjects,and
thesolderpenetrationrateistheresearchtarget,andtheorthogonaltestofselectivewave
solderingiscarriedout.Therelationshipbetweentheprocessparametersofselectivewave
solderingandthesolderpenetrationrateofsolderjointswasstudied,andtheoptimal
combinationofprocessparametersoffourdifferentcomponentsontheprintedboardoftheXX
modelcontrollerforaerospacewasexplored.ThroughtheBPneuralnetwork,theorthogonal
testresultswereusedasthesampledata,anddifferentoptimizationmodel
