航天伺服减速器智能装配系统关键技术研究
Abstract
Intheprocessofthespaceindustrymovingforwardsteadily,higherrequirementsareput
forwardfortheassemblyqualityofcorecomponentssuchasthereducerintheservo
mechanismoftheantennafeedsystem.Basedontheintelligentassemblyrequirementsof
servoreducerinaerospaceenterprises,thispapertakestheassemblyprocessofservoreducer
asthemainresearchobject.Basedontheoptimizationstudyofitsassemblyprocess
parameters,theintelligentassemblysystemofservoreducerisbuiltaccordingtotheresearch
results,andthekeytechnologiesinvolvedsuchasintelligentpadselectionaredeeplystudied.

Basedontheinvestigationoftheproductionstatusofservoreducerinaerospace
enterprises,thestructuralcompositionandworkingprincipleoftheA-typeaerospaceservo
reduceraredescribed,thecorrelationbetweenthecomponentsoftheaerospaceservoreducer
isanalyzed,theassemblystructuretreeisbuiltaccordingtotheassemblytechnical
requirementsoftheaerospaceservoreducer,andtheassemblyprocessflowchartisdrawn
accordingtotheassemblysequenceoftheaerospaceservoreducercomponents.
(2)Preloadanalysisofselectedpadparametersofaerospaceservoreducer
Theaerospaceservoreducerwassimplifiedaccordingtotheactualsituation,andthe
simplifiedparametricmodelofthebearinggroupwasestablished.Accordingtothe
theoreticalcalculationandthefiniteelementanalysisresultsofANSYS,theinfluence
mechanismoftheadjustmentamountofthepadthicknessonthechangeofthestarting
voltageofthemomentmotorwasobtained,andthefunctionrelationshipbetweenthetwowas
fittedwithMatlab.Itprovidesdatasupportfortheselectionofpadthicknessinintelligentpad
selectiontechnology.
