航空钛合金结构件残余应力松弛行为研究
Abstract
TC11titaniumalloyisaα+βtypethermallystrongtitaniumalloywithexcellent
comprehensiveproperties,includinghighstrength,goodcorrosionresistanceandthermal
stability,andshowsexcellentthermalstrengthpropertiesbelow500°C.Therefore,TC11
titaniumalloyishighlyfavoredintheaerospaceindustry,especiallyinthemanufactureof
someimportanthigh-temperaturecomponentsinaeroengines,suchastitaniumalloywheels.
Becausethesecomponentsareoperatedinahigh-temperatureenvironmentforalongtime,
stressrelaxationoftenoccurs,whichmaycausetheworkingperformanceofsuchcomponents
tobereduced,thusformingahiddendangertothesafeandstableoperationofthe
components.Therefore,itisnecessarytostudythestressrelaxationbehaviorofTC11
titaniumalloy.
Thestress-straincurveandelasticmodulusandothermechanicalpropertiesofTC11
titaniumalloywereobtainedbytensiletestsatdifferenttemperatures.Stressrelaxationtests
werecarriedoutonTC11titaniumalloyatdifferenttemperaturesandunderdifferentstresses,
andtheeffectsoftemperatureandinitialstressonthestressrelaxationpropertiesofTC11
titaniumalloywereexplored.Fromtheresearchresults,itcanbeconcludedthatthe
relationshipcurvebetweentimeandstressinthestressrelaxationprocessofTC11titanium
alloyconformstothechangetrendofthecubicdelayfunction.Furtherregressionwascarried
outtoobtainthefittingparametersofthecubicdelayfunctionofTC11titaniumalloy.The
functionmodelisusedtodescribethestressrelaxationprocessofTC11titaniumalloy,which
canrealizethepredictionofresidualstressatacertaintime.Thethreecharacterization
parametersofthestressrelaxationprocessareanalyzed,anditisconcludedthattemperature
hasagreatinfluenceontherelaxation.
