Abstract
Withthecontinuousincreaseofthevoltageofthespacecraftplatform,despitetheharsh
groundtestoftheaerospaceproducts,therehavebeenmanyaccidentsthatcausedthe
unexpectedterminationoftheproductworkduetothecomplexspaceenvironment.Aerospace
high-voltageDC/DC(DCiscalleddirectcurrent,representingdirectcurrent)converterplaysa
keyroleinthevoltageconversionofspacespacecraft.Basedontheresearchofexisting
technologies,theproblemofheatdissipationofelectronicproductsduringoperationcaused
bythehighandlowtemperaturecyclingofthespaceenvironmentisspecificallysolved.This
paperreferstotherelevantresearchcarriedoutbyscholarsathomeandabroad,andcarries
outtheresearchonvacuumencapsulationtechnologyforaerospacehigh-voltageDC/DC
converter.
Accordingtotheproductperformanceandactualworkrequirements,researchandstudy
therelevantdocuments,combinewiththeexistingfillingandsealingprocessoftheproduction
line,designanddevelopavarietyofvacuumdefoamingexperimentalschemesforthefilling
andsealingadhesive,optimizethemodulestructureofthefillingandsealingproduct,
completetheexplorationofthedefoamingprocessofthefillingandsealingmaterial,
determinethesystemvacuumfillingandsealingprocessscheme,andsolvethepoorfilling
andsealingeffectinthefillingandsealingprocessItisdifficulttoexhaustgasandthe
insulationandheatdissipationoftheproductcausedbytheinternaldeadangleofthepotting
