Abstract
Quartzflexibleaccelerometer(QFA)isatorquependulumaccelerometercommonly
usedasabasicmeasurementelementforinertialnavigationinthemilitaryfield.Thecurrent
signaloutputbyQFAisanimportantparameterreflectingthecurrentaccelerationvalue.At
present,high-precisionimportedinstrumentsarecommonlyusedfortestingtheoutputcurrent
performanceofQFAinChina,whichareexpensiveandhaveawidetestingrange.According
totheperformancetestingindicatorsandthecurrentscalefactorofhigh-precisionQFAin
China,whichrangesfrom0.9to1.25mA/g,completingaQFAperformancetesttakesseveral
hours.Thereareproblemssuchaslowefficiency,lowcost-effectiveness,andlargespace
occupationinlarge-scaletesting.Thisprojectdesignsaminiaturizedandhigh-precision
currentacquisitiondevicetoenhancetheperformancetestingrequirementsofQFA.
Thisarticledesignsanddevelopsacurrentacquisitiondevicewithlownoise,low
temperaturedrift,andhighprecisionperformancebasedontheQFAcurrentscalefactorrange.
Thepaperfirstintroducestheoveralldesignschemeofthecurrentacquisitiondevice,
analyzestherequirementsoftheacquisitioncircuitforQFAtesting,andprovidesthemain
performanceindicatorsofthecurrentacquisitiondeviceinthisdesign.Toachievetheabove
performance,theselectionofsamplingresistors,operationalamplifiers,referencevoltage
sources,andhigh-precisionADCwascompletedbasedonnoiseandtemperaturedrift
indicators.AsimulationcircuitmodelwasbuiltforthistypeofdeviceusingLTSpiceand
