【摘要】
随着我国经济和社会的不断发展，环保问题愈来愈受到人们的重视，海洋生态环境的重要性显得尤为突出。污水排海
管项目施工周期短，施工阶段项目管控须提前谋划、加强沟通。基于此，结合集美排海管管控经验从代建角度着重对施工阶段管控
要点进行简单的介绍。

AbstractWiththecontinuousdevelopmentofourcountryseconomyandsociety,environmentalprotectionhasbeenpaidmoreand
moreattention,andtheimportanceofmarineecologicalenvironmentisparticularlyprominent.Theconstructionperiodofthesewage
disposalpipelineprojectisshort,andtheprojectmanagementandcontrolintheconstructionphasemustbeplannedinadvanceand
communicationmustbestrengthened.Basedonthis,combinedwithJimeismanagementandcontrolexperienceofseaoutfall,thekey
pointsofmanagementandcontrolintheconstructionphasearebrieflyintroducedfromtheperspectiveofagentconstruction.
