双师型教师教学能力提升策略

摘要:双师型教师队伍的建设能有效提升学校教学能力与水平,尤其在中职高职技术类专业体现得更为明显,为了提高教育质量与层次,众多职业院校开始打造双师型教师队伍,通过提高双师型教师教学能力为社会培养更多职业性技术人才。职业院校双师型教师能够顺应新时代教育目标展开教育行为,以自身行为影响学生,不断提升教学质量的同时为学生的未来发展奠定基础。基于此,文章以汽车专业为例,结合双师型教师培养原因,讨论了当前汽车专业双师型教师教学能力现状,并以双师型教师需要具备的素质与能力为切入点,为如何提升双师型教师教学能力提出几点建议,以期能为职业院校教学水平的提升提供参考。

Abstract:Theconstructionofdual-teacherteachingteamcaneffectivelyimprovetheteachingabilityandlevelofschools,whichisobviousespeciallyinthemiddlevocationalandhighervocationalandtechnicalmajors.Inordertoimprovethequalityandlevelofeducation,manyvocationalcollegesbegantobuildadual-teacherteachingteam,byimprovingtheteachingabilityofdual-teacherteachersforthesocietytotrainmorevocationalandtechnicaltalents.Dual-teacherteachersinvocationalcollegescancarryouteducationalbehaviorsinlinewiththeeducationalgoalsofthenewera,influencestudentswiththeirownbehaviors,continuouslyimproveteachingquality,andlaythefoundationforstudentsfuturedevelopment.Basedonthis,thispapertakestheautomobilemajorasanexample,combinesthereasonsforthetrainingofdual-teacherteachers,discussesthecurrentstatusquooftheteachingabilityofdual-teacherteachersinautomotivemajor,andputsforwardseveralsuggestionsonhowtoimprovetheteachingabilityofdual-teacherteachersbytakingthequalityandabilityrequiredbydual-teacherteachersasthestartingpoint,inordertoprovidereferencefortheimprovementoftheteachinglevelofvocationalcolleges.

雙师型教师不仅需要掌握丰富的专业基础理论知识,还需具备一定的实践经验与应用能力,且其还需拥有较高的职业道德素养与先进的教学思想。职业院校教育目标主要是为社会培养技术性人才,因此院校应以为学生提供就业机会为原则展开教学,将重点放在培养学生实践能力上,这就对教师的教学水平有了新的要求和标准。教师需要具备专业基础理论知识相对应的实践能力,从而为学生传递更全面,更有价值的知识与经验。由此可见,职业院校打造双师
