职业教育改革背景下中职学校人才培养模式研究
摘要：根据国家对职业教育提出的新要求，针对目前汽车维修专业业在人才培养过程中出现的课程体系建设缺乏系统性研究、考核标准单一、师资队伍建设有待提高等问题，本研究提出了“产教融合、校企合作、中高职一体化”人才培养模式，从原来的“以就业为导向”转变为“就业与升学并重”，切实抓好符合职业教育特点的中高职教育，在保证学生技术技能培养质量的基础上，加入文化基础教育，使职业教育更加贴近产业德實际需求，旨在为社会培养高素质的汽车维修专业技能人才，推动国家汽车产业高质量发展。

Abstract：Accordingtothenewrequirementsofthestateforvocationaleducation，inviewofthelackofsystematicresearchontheconstructionofcurriculumsystem，singleassessmentstandards，andtheneedtoimprovetheconstructionofteachersintheprocessoftalenttrainingintheautomobilemaintenanceprofession，thisstudyputsforwardthetalenttrainingmodeofintegrationofindustryandeducation，school-enterprisecooperation，andintegrationofmiddleandhighvocations，whichchangesfromtheoriginalemployment-orientedtoequalemphasisonemploymentandfurthereducation，andeffectivelygraspsthemiddleandhighervocationaleducationthatmeetsthecharacteristicsofvocationaleducation.Onthebasisofensuringthequalityofstudentstechnicalskillstraining，culturalbasiceducationisaddedtomakevocationaleducationclosertotheactualneedsofindustrialethics，aimingtocultivatehigh-qualityautomobilemaintenanceprofessionalskillstalentsforthesocietyandpromotethehigh-qualitydevelopmentofthenationalautomobileindustry.

2022年5月，新《职业教育法》首次以法律的形式明确了职业教育与普通教育具有同等重要的地位，并提出了职业教育改革的新方向。近几年来职业院校在汽车维修专业的人才培养方面虽取得了显著成效，但也暴露出一些实际的问题，比如职业教育人才培养相对产业人才需求的变化还存在一定的滞后性，这就造成了人才培养结构和产业需求结构产生了一定的偏离。因此，职业院校想要提高人才培养的质量，就要增强职业教育的适应性、持续性，要求学校与企业合作共同培养高质量人才。本研究主要是根据国家对职业教育提出的新要求和汽车产业发展对高质量维修人才的需要，结合广西职业教育学校在汽车维修专业人才培养的现状进行分析，提出适应当前职业学校汽车维修专业人才培养方案，为国家和企业培养高素质的劳动者和技术技能人才。
