Abstract
Blackandsmellywaterhasbecomeachronicdiseaseaffectingthehealthy
developmentofcities.SincethepromulgationoftheNationalTenWaterMeasures,all
regionshavetakenactivemeasurestocontrolblackandsmellywater.2020isayearfor
thetreatmentofblackandsmellywater.Howisthetreatmenteffectandthe
implementationeffectoftheprojectshouldbeanalyzedandevaluated,andexperience
andlessonsshouldbesummarized,soastofurthercarryoutbetterurbanwater
environmenttreatment.Inthispaper,atypicalurbanriversouthguanlanriverbasin
(longhuasection)asanexample,basedonNovember,2017toMay2020riverbasinwater
qualitytoevaluateurbaninterannualblacksmellywatercontrolling,andtopushtheriver
toahigherstandardofwaterqualityprotection,morereliabledisasterpreventionand
controlability,cleanerwaterenvironmentquality,morebeautifulhydrophilicecological
landscapeandmoreactivegreeneconomy:
(1)Combinedwiththelocaldatabase,detailedanalysisthesituationandcausesof
GuanlanRiverBasin(Longhuasection)blacksmellywater.Theresultsindicated22
tributaryareblacksmellywater,themeanvalueofDO(dissolvedoxygen)is4.95mg/L,
meanvalueofammonianitrogenis15.44mg/L,meanvalueofORP(oxidationreduction
potential)is247.18mv,meanvalueofSD(transparent)is25.49cm.Themainsourceof
pollutioncomesfromthepollutantreleasefromdomesticsewagedirectlydischargedinto
riversandriversediment.Thetotalammonianitrogenpollutionloadis14.20t/d,andthe
waterenvironmentcapacityofthebasinislow,only0.072t/d.
(2)Measureshavebeentakentoreduceexogenouspollution,suchasdrainage
impr
