摘要
供暖热源方案优选是建筑供热系统设计过程的关键环节。长期以来人们对供
暖热源方案优选的重心主要是在经济和技术上，但随着绿色发展理念不断深化以
及新校园对供暖热源的独特要求，现有的供暖热源方案评价指标体系已不能满足
现代新校园供暖热源方案评价的需要。基于此，本文以绿色发展理念为背景，以D
大学新校园为例，探讨了供暖热源方案评价指标体系及供暖热源方案优选问题。
本文在对供暖热源发展研究现状以及供暖热源方案评价研究现状进行分析的
基础上，对研究所存在的不足进行了总结，并以此确定了本文主要的研究对象和
研究内容。本文以D大学新校园供暖热源为研究对象，主要对D大学新校园供暖
热源方案进行方案优选。本文以绿色发展理念为背景，首先对影响供暖方案选择
的因素进行识别和分析，找出影响供暖热源方案优选的关键指标，在此基础上建
立适合D大学新校园供暖热源方案优选的指标体系。其次，针对评价指标之间存
在相互影响关系的问题，本文利用网络分析法和模糊综合评价法来构建评价模型。
最后，运用该模型对D大学新校园供暖热源方案进行优选，并对评价结果与实际
项目采用的方案进行对比分析。
研究结果验证了该模型应用于D大学新校园供暖热源方案优选的可行性与适
用性。在绿色发展理念下对D大学新校园供暖热源方案优选建立的指标体系可以
为其他新校园在对供暖热源方案优选时起到借鉴作用。

Abstract
