Abstract:AsetofearthquakeearlywarningandvibrationpickingdevicebasedontheMEMStechnologywasdesigned.ThedevicewastestedbyusingGSK-166vibrationtableandcomparedwithstandardsensorAC43throughthemetrologicalverification,andthe?resultsshowedthattheperformanceparametersofthedevice?meettherequirementsofearthquakeearlywarningsystembasically.

1Introduction
Physicsoftheearthisasciencebasedonobservationandmeasurement,seismologyhasarapiddevelopmentsincetheinstrumenthaveemergedandthemethodbasedontheinstrumentobservationwasestablished.Afterthedevelopmentofseveralgenerations,seismometerhavedevelopedfromtherecordbymagnifyingsmokeusinginitialmechanicallevertomeasurementIntegratedelectronictechnologyandcomputertechnology,improvedthefrequencybandrangeanddetectingprecisionsubstantially,anditmaketheseismologicalresearchanddevelopmententeranewstage.Withtheresearchanddevelopmenttoseismologyscienceandrequirementofspacedetectiontothemoonandthemars,combiningwithdevelopmentofthemodernelectronicandcomputertechnology,modernseismicsensorsneedtodeveloptowardslowpowerconsumption,miniaturization,chip,lowcostandhighreliability,andbeabletogetfullbandobservationandmeasurement.Modernmeasurementinstrumentbasedonmechanicalhammerhavesomeadvantagessuchashighlowresolution,largedynamicrang
