年产十万吨甲醇生产工艺设计

摘要
甲醇是基础的有机化工原料和优质燃料。主要应用于精细化工、塑料等领域，用来制造甲醛、醋酸、氯甲烷、甲氨、硫酸二甲酯等多种有机产品，也是农药、医药的重要原料之一。现在甲醇已成为新一代能源的重要起始原料，生产一系列深度加工产品，并成为碳一化工的突破口。在世界能源石油资源紧缺以及清洁能源、环保需求的情况下，生产合成甲醇就有希望成为替代石油的清洁燃料、化工原料与二次能源。
本设计对甲醇生产工艺的设计包括：工艺流程设计、物料衡算、能量衡算、工艺设备选型等。

Abstract
Methanolisoneofbasicrawmaterialsoforganicchemicalsandisalsoahigh-qualityfuel.Itismainlyusedinfinechemicals,plastic,andmanyotherfieldstoproduceformaldehyde,aceticacid,chlorinemethane,ammonia,dimethylsulfateandotherorganicproducts.Methanolisnowanewgenerationofenergyhasbecomeanimportantstartingmaterialforproductionofaseriesofdeep-processingproducts,carbonandbecomeastartingpointforthechemicalindustry.Intheworldsenergyshortageofoilresourcesandcleanenergy,environmentalprotectionneedsofthecircumstances,thereishopethattheproductionofmethanolasacleanalternativefueloil,chemicalrawmaterialsandsecondaryenergy.
Thedesignofmethanol-producingincludes:processdesigning,materialbalancing,energybalancing,type-selectingofprocessingequipmentsandsoon.
