1总则
1.0.1为加强强夯地基处理的设计、施工和质量检测，贯彻执行国家的技术经济政策，做到技术先进、安全适用、经济合理、确保质量、保护环境，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于天然地基、人工填土地基和特殊土地基的强夯地基处理的设计、施工和质量检测。
1.0.3强夯地基处理应符合因地制宜、就地取材、节约资源的原则。
1.0.4强夯地基处理工程除应符合本规程外，尚应符合现行国家有关标准的规定。
