1总则
1.0.1为了正确、合理地在工程中应用高差仪，实施工程质量过程控制和确保施工质量，降低施工成本，制定本规程。
1.0.2本规程适用于工业与民用新建、改建、扩建的建筑地面工程、工业炉砌筑工程以及机电设备安装工程和检修工程高差的测量。
1.0.3高差仪在工程中应用时，除应符合本规程外，尚应符合国家现行有关标准的规定。
