摘要
随着红枣市场的进一步拓展，红枣已经成为提升农村经济、增加农民收入的支柱性产业的一部分。红枣的生产近年来逐渐向着基地化、规模化、产业化方向发展。红枣产业化及产业化过程中的关键技术列为优先发展主题及重大技术专项，而红枣分级分选技术是其产业化过程中进行流通、贮藏保鲜、深加工、提高产品档次和附加值的关键技术之一。
针对我国西部红枣分级劳动强度大、机械化程度低的现状，设计了带式红枣自动分级机。该分级机的设计思路为：小于分级皮带之间间隙的枣便落进出枣斗进入集枣箱,不会出现卡枣、破枣现象。留在一级分级皮带上的红枣由后面的溜枣板迸入下一级差速带式红枣分级装置,后一级的皮带间的间隙大于上级的间隙,故落下的红枣大于上一级的红枣,依此将红枣分成大小不同的级别。

Abstract
Astheredjujubemarkettofurtherexpand,redjujubehasbecometheruraleconomyandincreasefarmersincomeincreasedpartofbackboneindustry.Redjujubeproductioninrecentyearsgraduallytowardbase,scale,industrializationdirection.Redjujubeindustrializationandkeytechnologiesintheprocessofindustrializationasasubjectprioritytothedevelopmentandmajortechnologyprojects,andredjujubegradeseparationtechnologyistheindustrializationprocessofcirculation,fresh-keeping,processingandimprovetheproductgradeandaddedvalueofoneofthekeytechnologies.
InviewofthewesternChinajujubegradingthepresentsituationofthelaborintensity,lowdegreeofmechanization,belttypeautomaticjujubegradingmachineisdesigned.Theclassifierdesignideais:lessthangradebeltclearancebetweenthedatetheyfallinandoutofdateintothesetdatebox,therewillbenocardjujube,jujubephenomenon.Onlevel1gradebeltofthereddatebytheslipbehindtheplateintothenextleveldifferentialbelttyperedjujubegradingdevice,aftertheclearancebetweenthelevelofthegapbetweenbeltisgreaterthanthesuperior,sothefallingreddateisgreaterthanthehigherlevelofredjujube,inaccordancewiththelevelofredjujubecanbedividedintodifferentsizes.
