摘要
混凝土搅拌设备是建筑机械?中的一个重要设备,它是混凝土生产的一个关键设备。由于混凝土搅拌设备的工作对象是砂?石和水泥等混合料,并且用量大,工作环境恶劣。因此混凝土搅拌设备在向高技术、高效能、?自动化、智能化的方向发展有很大的必要性。?现代建筑工程中双卧轴振动搅拌机的广泛应用,不仅减轻了工人的劳动强度,还提高了混凝土工程的质量,对我国的基础设施建设做出了很大贡献。
本次设计主要对双卧轴振动搅拌机传动系统的结构进行设计,包含电机的选型、传动比的分配、运动与动力参数的计算、V带传动的设计计算、减速机齿轮的计算等。依据国家的相关标准,在零部件、材?料、结构工艺等方面设计出结构合理的、满足要求生产需要的混凝土搅拌设备。重点研究双卧轴振动搅拌机的传动装置的设计、制造。对涉及的零部件进行设计、校核,对各部件提出细化的参数内容,待各零件的尺寸正式确定后,进行总体布置,满足各种要求。

Abstract
Concretemixingequipmentisanimportantequipmentinconstructionmachinery,anditisakeyequipmentforconcreteproduction.Becausetheworkingobjectsofconcretemixingequipmentaremixturessuchassandandcement,andtheamountislarge,theworkingenvironmentisharsh.Therefore,itisnecessaryforconcretemixingequipmenttodevelopinthedirectionofhightechnology,highperformance,automationandintelligence.Thewideapplicationoftwin-shaftvibrationmixersinmodernconstructionprojectsnotonlyreducesthelaborintensityofworkers,butalsoimprovesthequalityofconcreteprojects,makingagreatcontributiontomycountrysinfrastructureconstruction.
Thisdesignmainlydesignsthestructureofthetransmissionsystemofthetwin-shaftvibrationmixer,includingtheselectionofthemotor,thedistributionofthetransmissionratio,thecalculationofmotionandpowerparameters,thedesignandcalculationoftheV-beltdrive,andthecalculationofthereducergear.Accordingtotherelevantnationalstandards,concretemixingequipmentwithreasonablestructureandmeetingtherequirementsofproductionneedsisdesignedintermsofparts,materials,structureandtechnology.Focusonthedesignandmanufactureofthetransmissiondeviceofthetwin-shaftvibrationmixer.Designandchecktheinvolvedparts,andproposedetailedparametercontentforeachpart.Afterthesizeofeachpartisformallydetermined,theoveralllayoutwillbecarriedouttomeetvariousrequirements
