专机总体设计主轴箱设计

在数控铣床的基础上,如果再配以刀具库和自动换刀系统,就构成加工中心[2]。加工中心的特点是它的刀具库能存放几十把甚至更多的刀具,由程序控制换刀机构自动调用与更换,这样就可以在没有人工干预的情况下,一次完成很多工艺内容。加工中心是一种备有刀库并能自动更换刀具对工件进行许多工序加工的数控机床。在加工中心上,工件经一次装夹后,数控系统能控制机床按不同工序自动选择和更换刀具,自动改变机床主轴转速、进给量、刀具相对工件的运动轨迹及其他辅助功能,依次完成工件一个或几个面上多工序的加工。
本次设计是关于立式加工中心主轴箱及进给系统的设计。本设计基于现行的国内常见的立式机床为主要研究对象,具体采集了机床的数据,根据数据做系统分析,结合所学的机械设计知识,针对常规零件的加工工艺要求,设计加工中心的主轴箱和进给系统,为企业机床提供实际的参考意义.

Abstract:
OnthebasisofCNCmillingmachine,ifthetoollibraryandautomatictoolchangingsystemarecombined,themachiningcenter[2]willbeformed.Thecharacteristicofthemachiningcenteristhatthetoollibrarycanstoredozensorevenmoretools,andthetoolchangemechanismisautomaticallyinvokedandreplacedbytheprogramcontrol.Inthisway,alotofprocesscontentcanbecompletedwithoutmanualintervention.ThemachiningcenterisaCNCmachineequippedwithtoolmagazineandcanautomaticallychangetoolstoprocessmanyworkpieces.Atthemachiningcenter,afteroneclamping,theCNCsystemcancontrolthemachinetooltoautomaticallyselectandreplacethetoolaccordingtothedifferentworkingprocedures,automaticallychangethespindlespeed,feed,thetoolrelativeworkpiecemovementtrackandotherauxiliaryfunctions,andcompletetheworkofoneorseveralworkingprocessesononeormoresurfacesinturn.
