摘要

悬架是汽车的重要组成部分,对汽车行驶的稳定性和舒适性起着至关重要的作用,因此,分析和设计悬架对更深层次理解汽车性能有着重要意义。本次以2015款哈弗H6运动两驱1.5T精英型为研究对象,对其后悬架进行设计和计算。

设计初,首先查阅和学习了大量文献和设计手册,了解到了悬架的类别和主要组成部分,结合哈弗H6的后悬架实例,确定了本次悬架的设计方案,即采用双横臂独立悬架作为本次车型的后悬架。

设计时,首先分析悬架对汽车平顺性和操作性的影响,进而得出改善的有效措施。然后通过悬架的参数,计算出悬架的静绕度、动绕度和悬架刚度。然后依次对悬架的导向机构、螺旋弹簧、减震器和稳定杆进行了计算和校核,确定出悬架各主要零部件的参数,最后对悬架进行运动仿真,完成本次设计。

本次悬架设计的思路和流程具有很强代表性,可供读者学习和借鉴。

ABSTRACT

Suspensionisanimportantpartofthecar,whichplaysanimportantroleinthestabilityandcomfortofthevehicle.Therefore,itisofgreatsignificancetoanalyzeanddesignthesuspensiontounderstandtheperformanceofthevehicleinadeeperlevel.Thisstudytakes2015HavelH6sportstwodrive1.5Teliteastheresearchobject,anddesignsandcalculatestherearsuspension.

Atthebeginningofthedesign,alargenumberofdocumentsanddesignmanualswereconsultedandlearned,andthecategoriesandmaincomponentsofthesuspensionwereunderstood.CombinedwiththecaseofHavelH6rearsuspension,thedesignschemeofthesuspensionwasdetermined,thatis,thedoublearmindependentsuspensionwasusedastherearsuspensionofthemodel.

Atfirst,theinfluenceofsuspensiononvehicleridecomfortandoperabilityisanalyzed,andeffectivemeasuresforimprovementareobtained.Thenthestaticwindingdegree,dynamicwindingdegreeandsuspensionstiffnessofthesuspensionarecalculatedthroughtheparametersofthesuspension.Thenthesteeringmechanism,thespiralspring,theshockabsorberandthestablerodarecalculatedandcheckedinturn,andtheparametersofthemainpartsofthesuspensionaredetermined.Finally,thesuspensionissimulatedandthedesigniscompleted.

Theideaandprocessofthesuspensiondesignhavestrongrepresentativenessandcanbeusedforreaderstolearnanddrawlessonsfrom.
