摘要
毕业设计是每一位在校生的必修课程，本人这次所做的设计是汽车地沟举升器设计。随着汽车产业的不断发展，汽车维修已成为汽车产业中的一个重要部分，而举升机作为汽车维修的必要工具，也正在迅猛的发展。之前没有汽车举升机的时候，通常维修工人们都要趴在汽车底盘下面进行艰苦的维修，在这样恶劣的条件下，不仅维修范围受到了限制，而且维修的质量、时间也受到了一定程度的影响。
本次设计是在指导老师提供的任务的基础上，对其进行了相应的分析、设计、校核等内容。设计之初通过资料的查阅，了解和掌握举升机的用途、工作原理、特点等内容，为后面的设计夯实基础。本次总体方案采用四柱整体举升，前端两柱和后端两柱各为一体，上部用举升槽钢相连接，采用液压控制。对液压原理进行了设计和论证，对液压原理里面涉及到的液压缸等主要零部件进行了详细的设计、计算及校核，对关键元件进行了选型。
完成了上面的设计之后，绘制出了液压原理图、机构装配图，编写了本设计说明书，圆满的完成了本次设计的所有任务，在巩固大学所学知识的同时，还为自己步入社会夯实基础。举升机对许多生产场合与起重运输等行业，具有很强的现实意义。因此，本文的设计也显得尤为有价值。

Abstract
Graduationdesigniscompulsoryforeverystudentinthecourse,Imadethisdesignisthevehicletrenchliftdesign.Withthecontinuousdevelopmentoftheautomobileindustry,vehiclemaintenancehasbecomeanimportantpartoftheautomotiveindustry,andtheliftasanessentialvehiclemaintenancetools,isalsorapiddevelopment.Beforethereisnocarliftmachine,usuallymaintenanceworkershavetolieunderthecarchassisforhardmaintenance,insuchharshconditions,notonlythescopeofmaintenancehasbeenlimited,andthemaintenanceofquality,timehasalsobeenacertainextentImpact.
Thedesignisbasedonthetaskprovidedbytheinstructor,andthecorrespondinganalysis,design,checkandsoon.Atthebeginningofthedesignthroughthedataaccess,understandingandgrasptheuseofthelift,workingprinciple,characteristicsandsoon,tolaythefoundationforthesubsequentdesign.Theoverallprogramusesfour-postintegrallifting,thefronttwocolumnsandthereartwocolumnsasawhole,theupperchannelwiththeliftingchannelconnectedtotheuseofhydrauliccontrol.Theprincipleofhydraulicisdesignedanddemonstrated.Themaincomponentsofhydrauliccylinder,whichareinvolvedinhydraulicprinciple,aredesigned,calculatedandchecked,andthekeycomponentsareselected.
