摘要
塑料产品给我们日常生活带来极大方便，小到纽扣，按钮大到水桶、托盘
随着人们对塑料产品的质量要求越来越高，高端模具人才出现了短缺，所以掌握如何设计一套注塑模具的理论知识是有必要的。通过对螺丝刀套装盒盖进行成型工艺分析和模具设计，介绍了注塑模设计的基本过程。包括对塑件结构的工艺性分析和使用材料的工艺性分析，在模具设计中，介绍了注塑机的选择方法，浇口，冷料口、排气槽等的设计，还详细介绍了型腔数量确定的方法，分型面、侧向抽芯机构、合模导向机构、脱模机构、冷却机构等的设计原则。通过此次设计，可以对注塑模的发展和设计方法有一个基本的认识，能注意到设计过程中的细节问题，了解模具结构和工作原理。

Aspeoplehavehigherandhigherqualityrequirementsforplasticproducts,thereisashortageofhigh-endmoldtalents,soitisnecessarytomasterthetheoreticalknowledgeofhowtodesignasetofinjectionmolds.Thebasicprocessofinjectionmolddesignisintroducedbyanalyzingtheformingprocessandmolddesignofthescrewdriversetboxcoveraccessories.Includingthetechnicalanalysisofthestructureoftheplasticpartsandthetechnicalanalysisofthematerialsused.Inthemolddesign,theselectionmethodoftheinjectionmoldingmachine,thedesignofthegate,thecoldmaterialport,theexhaustgroove,etc.,andthecavityareintroducedindetail.Themethodofdeterminingthequantity,thedesignprinciplesofthepartingsurface,thesidecorepullingmechanism,themoldclampingguidemechanism,thedemoldingmechanism,thecoolingmechanism,etc.Throughthisdesign,youcanhaveabasicunderstandingofthedevelopmentofinjectionmoldsanddesignmethods,youcannoticethedetailsofthedesignprocess,andunderstandthemoldstructureandworkingprinciple.
