摘要
塑料制品在日常生活生产中应用非常广泛，塑料制品涉及到家电、手机、电子仪表、机电、汽车、电脑等行业。塑料制品由于它原料丰富、价格便宜、性能优良的特点。受到了人们的喜爱和好评。然而塑料成品质量的好坏与注射模具的设计、生产、加工工艺水平有着极其重大的关系。由此可见注塑模具在国民生产中的重要地位。设计和改良注塑模具以及模具的加工工艺是塑料产品生产需要长期研究的一个课题。
本次设计研究的小型立式空调控制版面外壳的模具设计及其模具加工工艺。首先根据外壳的使用要求和装配关系。确定空调控制版面外壳的尺寸大小和重要形状。设计出符合使用和生产的产品图。用UG设计确定产品图的尺寸建模成型。在产品设计完成后，通过UG分模、模架调用标准间的调用完成产品的模具设计。在通过产品体积、尺寸、产品材料的缩水系数，设计计算相关数据。最终确定模具的冷却系统、排气系统、开模行程等的设计和选择。
模具设计完成后开始考虑凹模凸模的生产和加工工艺的设计。在了解凹模凸模形状结构特点后，选择确定加工机床、确定加工工艺路线、完成加工工艺卡。最终用UG完成机床加工程序的编写并模拟加工完成。
由于以前接触模具设计比较少，在经过大量的模具设计模具加工程序等资料的学习后。对模具生产又有了更一步的了解和心得，更牢的掌握了自己的专业知识。
