摘要
模具作为一种成型设备，可以实现不同结构产品的加工要求，具备高效率高产能的特性。故而模具也被称作工业的核心，能够给工业发展提供了大量的产品，为经济的发展提供有力的支撑，目前经济发展较好的国家，模具技术都是遥遥领先的。由此可见，模具对于经济的重要性，以及对一个国家发展的重要性。注塑模是模具当中的一种，近些年来发展速度非常的快，未来也同样具有更为广阔的发展空间。
本次课题是为垫片的冲压模具设计，设计这种零件的冲裁模具。首先要通过分析零件的结构特征和使用要求，零件材料是Q235，且零件的厚度是1.0mm。对零件进行工艺分析，零件的工序主要有落料与冲孔，且零件为批量加工生产。通过对方案进行分析和对比，选取复合模具进行加工生产。且对本次模具的冲裁力，压力中心进行计算，排样方案确定，以及冲裁的零件材料利用率计算，压力机的选取与校核等。

Abstract
Asamoldingequipment,moldcanmeettheprocessingrequirementsofproductswithdifferentstructures,andhasthecharacteristicsofhighefficiencyandhighproductioncapacity.Therefore,moldisalsoknownasthecoreofindustry,whichcanprovidealargenumberofproductsforindustrialdevelopmentandprovidestrongsupportforeconomicdevelopment.Atpresent,moldtechnologyisfaraheadincountrieswithbettereconomicdevelopment.Itcanbeseenthattheimportanceofmoldforeconomyandthedevelopmentofacountry.Injectionmoldisoneofthemolds.Inrecentyears,thedevelopmentspeedisveryfast,andthereisalsoabroaderdevelopmentspaceinthefuture.
Thistopicistodesignthestampingdieforthegasketanddesigntheblankingdieforthispart.Firstly,byanalyzingthestructuralcharacteristicsandapplicationrequirementsoftheparts,thematerialofthepartisQ235,andthethicknessofthepartis1.0mm.Analyzetheprocessofparts.Theprocessesofpartsmainlyincludeblankingandpunching,andthepartsareprocessedandproducedinbatch.Throughtheanalysisandcomparisonoftheschemes,thecompositedieisselectedforprocessingandproduction.Italsocalculatestheblankingforceandpressurecenterofthedie,determinesthelayoutscheme,calculatesthematerialutilizationrateoftheblankingparts,andselectsandchecksthepress.
