摘要
如今大学生兼职的需求增加，逐渐暴露出传统兼职信息渠道不可靠、不透明的问题，因此本文提出一高校校园为核心的校园兼职平台，该平台受教务工作人员的监管，是一个集系统管理员、学生及企业用户于一体的协同工作平台，旨在提供全面且安全、可靠的兼职信息。系统采用Java语言、SpringBoot框架、Vue前端和MySQL数据库等技术。该平台包含前台和后台两部分，设计了用户管理、兼职职位管理、申请流程与工资核算、投诉反馈处理等核心功能模块。系统管理员承担平台的整体运营与监管职责，确保平台稳定运行；学生用户则通过平台浏览并申请心仪的兼职职位，通平台获取审核结果和工资结算；而企业用户则负责在平台上发布并管理兼职岗位，录用合适的学生，并实时反馈工作表现。通过三方用户的紧密协作，该平台不仅优化了兼职信息的流通与匹配效率，还有效提升了学生的就业实践技能，同时为企业提供了便捷高效的招聘解决方案。

Abstract
Nowadays,thedemandforpart-timejobsamongcollegestudentshasincreased,graduallyexposingtheproblemsofunreliableandopaquetraditionalpart-timejobinformationchannels.Therefore,thisarticleproposesacampuspart-timejobplatformwithauniversitycampusasthecore.Theplatformissupervisedbyacademicstaffandisacollaborativeworkplatformthatintegratessystemadministrators,students,andenterpriseusers,aimingtoprovidecomprehensive,secure,andreliablepart-timejobinformation.ThesystemadoptstechnologiessuchasJavalanguage,SpringBootframework,Vuefront-end,andMySQLdatabase.Theplatformconsistsoftwoparts:front-endandback-end,designedwithcorefunctionalmodulessuchasusermanagement,part-timejobmanagement,applicationprocessandsalaryaccounting,andcomplaintfeedbackprocessing.Thesystemadministratorisresponsiblefortheoveralloperationandsupervisionoftheplatform,ensuringitsstableoperation;Studentuserscanbrowseandapplyfortheirdesiredpart-timepositionsthroughtheplatform,andobtainthereviewresultsandsalarysettlementthroughtheplatform;Enterpriseusersareresponsibleforpostingandmanagingpart-timepositionsontheplatform,hiringsuitablestudents,andprovidingreal-timefeedbackonjobperformance.Throughclosecollaborationamongthird-partyusers,theplatformnotonlyoptimizesthecirculationandmatchingefficiencyofpart-timejobinformation,butalsoeffectivelyenhancesstudentspr
