GeneralUpgradeInstructions:

RaritanstronglyrecommendsthatyoubackupyourexistingdatabasepriortoupgradingyourCC-SG.

MakesurethatyourbackupisstoredonanetworklocationdifferentfromtheCC-SGapplianceyou

areabouttoupgrade.

InordertoupgradetothisreleaseyoumustberunningeitherCommandCenterSecureGateway

firmwareversion3.0.2or3.0.0.Notethatthisupgradeprocesswouldmakeupdatestothedatabase.

Therefore,thedatabasemustalsobeincludedwithyourCC-SG3.0.2or3.0.0priortoupgrade.

CC-SGcannotbeupgradedinaclustermode.Ifusingacluster,firsttaketheCC-SGoutofacluster

modeandonlythenproceedwithupgradingeachindividualCC-SGappliance.

AspartofthisupgradeallActiveDirectorymodulesmustbereconfiguredintheAdministration

Securitypanel:domainnameandDNSvaluesarenowrequiredforeachActiveDirectorymodule.

Untilthesevaluesareconfigured,noremotelyauthenticateduserwillbeabletologintoCC-SG.This

messagedoesnotapplytocustomersnotusingActiveDirectory.
