摘要
随着我国市场土豆种植量不断增加,土豆筛选工作费力费时,季节性强并且劳动力大,从而给农民及时筛选造成了困难。为了解决以上问题,针对市场上土豆筛选机太过笨重,移动不方便等问题。本文设计了一款适用于不同场景土豆筛选、方便移动和适用多种农作物的小型土豆筛选机。
针对以上问题,本次设计了一种小型筛选机筛选机构。对其主要工作部件进行了结构选型和设计,市场调查。主要介绍了筛选机的结构组成及原理,实现筛选机对不同种植物的筛选。完成筛选机筛选机构的筛面、筛箱、滚轴及其轴的设计和计算,对小型土豆筛选机筛选机构各零件进行了设计与计算和对筛选机机构的组装。最终完成筛选机筛选机构的设计。本设计的小型土豆筛选机筛选机构的设计,可以提高小型土豆的筛选效率,为土豆筛选设备的设计和优化提供技术参考。

ABSTRACT
WiththeincreasingamountofpotatoplantinginChinasmarket,potatoscreeningislaboriousandtime-consuming,seasonalityisstrongandlaborislarge,whichhascauseddifficultiesforfarmerstoscreenintime.Inordertosolvetheaboveproblems,thepotatoscreeningmachineonthemarketistoobulkyandinconvenienttomove.Inthispaper,asmallpotatoscreeningmachinesuitableforrandomscenepotatoscreening,easytomoveandsuitableforavarietyofcropsisdesigned.
Inviewoftheaboveproblems,asmallscreeningmachinescreeningmechanismisdesignedthistime.Structuralselectionanddesignofitsmainworkingcomponents,socialinvestigation.Itmainlyintroducesthestructurecompositionandprincipleofthescreeningmachine,andrealizesthescreeningofvariousspeciesofplantsbythescreeningmachine.Thedesignandcalculationofthescreensurface,screenbox,rolleranditsshaftofthescreeningmachinescreeningmechanismwerecompleted,andtheassemblyofthescreeningmachinemechanismwasdesignedandcalculatedatthesametimeasthepartsofthescreeningmechanismofthesmallpotatoscreeningmachine.Finally,thedesignofthescreeningmechanismofthescreeningmachinewascompleted.Thedesignofthescreeningmechanismofthesmallpotatoscreeningmachinedesignedcanimprovethescreeningefficiencyofsmallpotatoesandprovideatechnicalreferenceforthedesignandoptimizationofpotatoscreeningequipment.
