个人养老金投资意愿影响因素研究
——基于ISM模型

摘要
随着中国人口老龄化的加剧和社会保障体系的转型，个人养老金作为一种补充养老保障的方式，受到越
来越多人的关注。本研究旨在探讨影响个人养老金参与意愿的因素，并运用ISM(解释结构模型)模型进
行分析。本文从经济因素、个人特征因素、风险偏好因素、个人养老金融认知因素、社会文化因素五个
维度提取了个人养老金投资意愿的16个影响因素，并根据解释结构模型的分析结果为政府和养老金管理
机构提出相关政策建议。

Abstract
WiththeintensificationofChina’sagingpopulationandthetransformationofthesocialsecurity
system,personalpension,asawaytosupplementtheoldagesecurity,hasattractedmoreand
moreattention.Thepurposeofthisstudyistoexplorethefactorsthataffectindividuals’willing-
