精准流量燃料电池热管理系统管路
设计分析*

摘要:燃料电池是将氢能中的化学能转化为电能的装置,具有无污染、高效率等特
点。但是其发电过程中,存在不可逆损失将产生大量热能影响性能。热管理系统通过控制
流经各部件冷却水流量,维持其最佳工作温度。本文通过一维仿真方法,建立各零部件及
管路压阻模型,对管路进行优化设计,实现各管路流量精确分配,将仿真结果与试验进行
对比,误差在试验允许范围内。结果表明,将中冷器管路半径由9.5mm降为6.5mm满足中冷
器散热需求。该仿真方法预测精度高,具有广泛的应用场景。

Abstract:Fuelcellisasystemthatconvertschemicalenergyinhydrogenintoelectrical
energy,withcharacteristicssuchaspollution-freeandhighefficiency.However,duringits
powergenerationprocess,thereareirreversiblelossesthatwillgeneratealargeamountof
thermalenergyandaffectitsperformance.Thethermalmanagementsystemmaintainsits
requiredtemperaturebycontrollingtheflowofcoolingwaterthrougheachcomponent.The
articleestablishespressureresistancemodelsforvariouscomponentsandpipelinesthrough
one-dimensionalsimulationmethods,optimizesthedesignofpipelines,andachievesprecise
flowdistributionineachpipeline.Thesimulationresultsarecontrastedwithexperiments,
andtheerrorsarewithintheallowablerange.Theresultsindicatethatreducingtheradius
oftheintercoolerpipelinefrom9.5mmto6.5mmmeetstheheatdissipationrequirements.
