摘要

现代社会的经济发展很快，各行各业产品更新换代也很快，有关的冲压模具技术也要不断地提升才能满足市场需求。国内的模具行业这几年进步很大，生产加工制造里面是常常用到的，而且冲压模具可以让加工的速度变快，让工人操作的强度减少，也可以为国民经济带来增长。上面作为背景，这次要把止动垫圈零件出来，设计出零件成型的工艺流程以及对应的制造冲压模具，首先要分析跟止动垫圈零件有关的参数，一个个详细求解出来，决定选哪一种加工形式，用什么材料去进行生产的都要比较确定下来。模具内部是怎么排样分布的，确定模具的最终造型，用设计软件CAD都画出模具的二维零件图。最后模具之间怎么进行安装配合的再说明清楚，模拟模具生产的可行性，完成一个模具的制造。

我们这次设计的模具生产起来一定要安全可靠，损耗少工作时间长，能用到生产数量比较多的制造中去，用模具加工出来的零部件质量要满足条件，生产的速度更快，生产的成本不能太高。经过这次设计的课题，可以检验一下这几年学到的专业技能，实际上手去操作，为之后的学习以及生活都打下了很好的基础。

Abstract

Withtherapideconomicdevelopmentofmodernsociety,theproductsofallwalksoflifeareupdatedveryquickly,andtherelatedstampingdietechnologyalsoneedstobecontinuouslyimprovedtomeetthemarketdemand.Thedomesticmoldindustryhasmadegreatprogressinrecentyears,whichisoftenusedinproduction,processingandmanufacturing,andstampingmoldcanmaketheprocessingspeedfaster,reducetheintensityofworkersoperation,andalsobringgrowthtothenationaleconomy.Astheabovebackground,thistimeweneedtodesignthepartsformingprocessandthecorrespondingmanufacturingstampingdie.Firstofall,weneedtoanalyzetheparametersrelatedtothepartsofthelockwasher,solvethemindetailonebyone,anddecidewhichprocessingformtochooseandwhichmaterialtouseforproduction.Howtoarrangeanddistributetheinnerpartofthedie,determinethefinalshapeofthedie,anddrawthetwo-dimensionalpartdrawingofthediewiththedesignsoftwareCAD.Finally,howtoinstallandcooperatebetweenthemoldsclearly,simulatethefeasibilityofmoldproduction,andcompletethemanufacturingofamold.
