摘要
随着我国经济的快速发展，我国已经逐渐进入高速发展的阶段，在此过程中，需要修建大量的建筑来满足人们的需求，因此需要各大矿山企业开采出大量的原矿石来进行生产，在此情况下，就需要能够帮助矿场进行矿石破碎的破碎机。
目前市场上流通中很多种破碎机，通过对各种类型的破碎机进行分析对比之后，发现PYB1750圆锥破碎机具有很好的性能，而且其价格适中，因此其被很多矿石生产企业采购，该破碎机能够将中等以上的的矿石进行破碎。
本文最对破碎机进行设计之前，首先对于国内外相关文献进行调研，对其整理分析之后，对破碎机的工作原理有初步了解，在此基础上，提出破碎机的整体设计方案，按照总体方案将破碎机的主要零部件进行设计，在设计完成之后，对其进行校核，确保其能够符合相应的强度要求，最后对各零部件进行组装，形成完整的破碎机。在设计过程中，对现有的工程制图软件进行充分的利用，使得制图过程更加顺利。

Abstract
WiththerapiddevelopmentofChinaseconomy,Chinahasgraduallyenteredthestageofhigh-speeddevelopment.Inthisprocess,alargenumberofbuildingsneedtobebuilttomeetpeoplesneeds.Therefore,themajorminingenterprisesneedtominealargenumberofraworeforproduction.Inthiscase,thecrusherthatcanhelptheminetocrushtheoreisneeded.
Atpresent,therearemanykindsofcrushersincirculationinthemarket.Throughtheanalysisandcomparisonofvarioustypesofcrushers,itisfoundthatPYB1750conecrusherhasgoodperformance,anditspriceismoderate.Therefore,itispurchasedbymanyoreproductionenterprises,andthecrushercancrushmediumandaboveore.
Inthispaper,beforethedesignofthecrusher,wefirstinvestigatetherelevantliteratureathomeandabroad.Aftertheanalysis,wehaveapreliminaryunderstandingoftheworkingprincipleofthecrusher.Onthisbasis,weputforwardtheoveralldesignschemeofthecrusher.Accordingtotheoverallscheme,wedesignthemainpartsofthecrusher.Afterthedesigniscompleted,wecheckit,Ensurethatitcanmeetthecorrespondingstrengthrequirements,andfinallyassemblethepartstoformacompletecrusher.Inthedesignprocess,makefulluseoftheexistingengineeringdrawingsoftwaretomakethedrawingprocessmoresmooth.
